Our Mission
NEON exists to support youth pastors with gospel-grounded resources, cultural insight, and intellectual firepower — because guiding Gen Z through a minefield of bad theology, TikTok philosophers, and deconstruction coaches is a challenge way too big for one person, one pastor, or one sleep-deprived volunteer with a Spotify playlist and some killer dodgeball moves.
Our Team
We’re a driven, slightly sleep-deprived team from diverse backgrounds united by a shared obsession with TRUTH.
We geek out over logic, evidence, and worldview breakdowns like most people geek out over college football or sourdough starters. But as much as we love facts and footnotes, that nerd streak is completely overshadowed by something bigger: our love for Jesus and the next generation.
We care deeply about helping students build a faith that’s not just emotional, but intellectually rooted, spiritually resilient, and culturally aware.
NEON was born out of a need we couldn’t ignore and a calling we couldn’t shake—to use our training and God-given gifts to help raise not just the next generation, but the ready generation.
We’re not perfect. But we are passionate, prayerful, and just caffeinated enough to be dangerous.
